Returns and exchanges
Eynna Hair offers returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
Return conditions
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
- Lace on wigs or toppers must not be cut or modified.
- Items showing signs of wear or styling, including heat styling, hairspray or cutting, cannot be accepted for return for hygiene reasons.
- The customer covers return shipping unless the item delivered was incorrect or damaged, in which case Eynna Hair covers the return costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid to the customer’s bank account within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
